According to the results of study from middle school where author is working , which demonstrated that symptom , behavioral expressions , and degree of exam anxiety were different with the kind of exam . same time , we studied specially the course and mechanism of exam induced by the society or external and biological or internal and gave some suggestions , preventing approaches , and drug - treatment for keeping normal psychological emotion . the purpose of this paper is intent to offer a useful reference for preventing exam anxiety and reduce the negative impact on the exam results of students
